Wednesday at the Fireside just might be the highlight of your holiday weekend! (Depending on your family! If you love your family, then our video premiers and free swag might be a decent lead in to a great holiday. If spending time with your family makes you cringe…well… we invite you to begin with your Roundtop family of snow lovers…people who truely understand you!)
Two different videos will be shown- each an hour long, beginning at 7:00pm. Flow Snowboards “Was Here” and Level 1 “After Dark”
Additionally, the management at the Fireside has lined up some beer sampling of the following brews: Blue Moon Abbey; Stouts Revel Red; Sam Winter; Rogue Santas Reserve; Sam Yellow Snow IPA; and Lancaster Winter Warmer.
Each guest recieves 5 raffle tickets upon arriving at the Fireside with additional raffle tickets available with each food purchase. Raffle numbers will be called throughout the evening for prizes.
In addition – oyster appetizer specials on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday!
Oyster Appetizer – 8 hand breaded crispy fried oysters w/ choice of tarter or cocktail sauce.
Southwestern Smothered Chicken – A marinated chicken breast grilled to perfection and covered with a spicy chipotle ranch sauce and topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers and cheddar/jack cheese. Served w/ a side salad.
$2.00 Coors Light Bottles and $2.50 Blue Moon Bottles (While Supplies Last)

Terrain Park Safety
Our objective is to educate on etiquette and safety in the terrain park. The online quiz for the Terrain Park Safety Program (TPSP) includes a series of pages with information, and along the way, three separate quizzes. Once this is complete, the tester is taken to a confirmation page where they can print out a confirmation letter.
The confirmation letter is taken to guest services at the resort and a Terrain Park Safety Pass will be printed out with your photo and name. This pass will include monthly raffles from various supporters including CVM Subaru, GRINDlab skatepark and more. With the pass, you will receive 2 free skate sessions at GRINDlab, 1/2 priced park events with every 3rd event is event being free. Your TPSP card will keep track for you at guest services! We currently plan on hosting 6 park events, with the first being December 16th sponsored by Atomic and Hestra!.
If we can create awareness of the program and increase the amount of knowledge of park safety and etiquette, the better our parks will be.
When riding through terrain parks all across the nation, issues can arise. Many issues seem to stem from terrain park etiquette. This includes examples such as cutting other riders off, sitting in landings/blind zones, stopping in the middle of the park in “rider” zones and using features inappropriately. Also, riding outside of your ability level can cause many different problems.
Each feature is built to be used a certain way. With more information and incentives on learning about terrain park safety and etiquette, we hope to increase the awareness throughout our parks. Not only our every day park riders, but also anyone that skis or snowboards. Terrain Parks are meant to be fun and adventurous which is what we love to promote at Roundtop Mountain Resort. By increasing the level of safety and etiquette in our parks, we will be able to maintain and build better features, create more flow throughout our park, cut down on preventable injuries and offer you (our guests) the chance for free education and the chance for FREE GEAR/SWAG.
Two sponsors of the TPSP are GRINDlab Skatepark in Camp Hill, PA and CVM Subaru. GRINDlab is a new indoor skatepark and is one of the cleanest and most fun skate park’s we’ve ever skated at. CVM Subaru is located in Mechanicsburg on the Carlisle Pike. CVM Subaru offers the newest Subaru vehicles which are great for driving in the snow. They also look pretty snazzy in the summer time too.
